By creating an account on JJWN, accessing the platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and JJWN. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered by JJWN, including but not limited to casino games, card games, Andar Bahar, Ludo Games, Aviator, virtual sports, esports betting and all promotional offers. By continuing to use JJWN after any update to these terms, you are deemed to have accepted the revised version.

To register and use JJWN, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:
JJWN reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accounts where age or identity cannot be verified will be suspended until verification is complete. Any winnings accumulated on a suspended or unverified account are not payable until full verification is confirmed.
Age Requirement: JJWN takes underage gambling extremely seriously. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be immediately and permanently closed, and any funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method after our standard review process.
Each player is permitted to hold only one account on JJWN. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different names — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and any associated balances and pending withdrawals being forfeited.
You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your JJWN account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. JJWN will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to secure your login details.
If you suspect that your JJWN account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify our support team immediately via live chat or email at support@jjwn.click. We will temporarily suspend your account pending investigation.
All deposits and financial transactions on JJWN are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are accepted for deposits:
The minimum deposit on JJWN is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit unless a specific account-level limit has been set by you as part of responsible gaming settings, or imposed by JJWN as part of an account verification or security review.
You may only deposit funds from payment methods registered in your own name. Depositing on behalf of another player, or accepting deposits from third parties into your JJWN wallet, is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds pending investigation.
JJWN does not charge any deposit fees. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees — please check with them before depositing.
Withdrawal requests on JJWN are processed as quickly as possible. Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit where that method supports withdrawals. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 200.

JJWN reserves the right to request verification documents before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. This is a standard anti-money laundering requirement and applies to all players regardless of VIP status. Requested documents must be submitted within 7 days or the withdrawal request may be cancelled.
Important: Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods registered in your own name. JJWN will never ask you to pay a fee before releasing a withdrawal. If someone claiming to be JJWN asks for this, contact support immediately.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional credits offered by JJWN are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion alongside these general terms. Where any conflict exists between a specific promotion's terms and these general terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
Bonuses are a way for JJWN to give back to players — not a loophole. Players found systematically abusing promotional terms will have their accounts reviewed and may be restricted from future promotions.
Each game on JJWN — including Andar Bahar, Card Games, Ludo, Aviator, Virtual Sports and Esports Betting — operates according to its own specific rules, which are displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of that specific game.
In the event of a technical failure during a gaming session — including disconnection, server error or display malfunction — JJWN will use all available technical data to determine the correct outcome of the round or bet. Where the correct outcome cannot be determined, the bet may be voided and the stake returned. JJWN's decision in such cases is final.
Where JJWN uses provably fair technology — as in Aviator — the cryptographic hash of each round's outcome is published before the round begins. Players may verify outcomes independently using standard cryptographic tools. No claim of bias or unfairness will be entertained for rounds where the provably fair verification confirms the result.
Odds and results on JJWN's sports and esports betting sections are based on official results from the relevant governing body or tournament organiser. Any result that is later overturned by that body will trigger a review and, where appropriate, a settlement adjustment.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for any other reason — including voluntary closure requested by the player — any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing window.
