JJWN FAQ — Your Questions Answered for Pakistan Players

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and play on JJWN. Age verification is carried out as part of the KYC process — you will need to provide a copy of your CNIC or passport to complete full verification. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 is permanently closed and any balance is forfeited.

No. JJWN permits only one account per person, household, IP address and payment method. Duplicate accounts are detected automatically. If found, both accounts may be suspended and associated balances forfeited. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support@jjwn.click immediately so we can resolve it before any action is taken.

Log in to your account and go to Account Settings — Verify Account. Upload a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) or your passport photo page. Make sure all text is legible and the document is not expired. Verification is typically completed within 24 hours. You will receive an email confirmation once your account is verified. Withdrawals above Rs 10,000 require completed KYC before processing.

Contact support@jjwn.click from your registered email address and request account closure. Include a brief reason — this is not mandatory but helps us improve. Any verified real-money balance is returned to your registered payment method before closure. Go to the JJWN login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered mobile number or email address — a reset link is sent within a few minutes. The link is valid for 30 minutes. Log in to your account and go to Wallet — Deposit. Select your preferred method from the options available: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard. Enter the PKR amount you want to deposit and follow the on-screen steps for your chosen method. Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits credit to your JJWN wallet almost instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to 2 hours depending on your bank.

The minimum deposit on JJWN is Rs 100 for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay. For IBFT bank transfers and Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 500. All amounts are in Pakistani Rupees — there is no foreign currency conversion on JJWN and no deposit fees charged by the platform on our end (your payment provider may have its own charges which are outside our control).

First, wait the full expected time for your method — Easypaisa and JazzCash are usually instant but can take up to 15 minutes; IBFT can take up to 2 hours. Check your transaction history in your Wallet section to see if the deposit is showing as pending. If the amount has been deducted from your source account but has not appeared in your JJWN wallet after the expected time, contact support@jjwn.click with your transaction reference number and the amount. Our team resolves pending deposits within a few hours.

JJWN accepts six payment methods — all in PKR: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT Bank Transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit card. Cryptocurrency and international wire transfers are not accepted at this time. All six methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals.

Yes. Go to Account Settings — Responsible Gaming. You can set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour review period before they take effect — this delay is intentional and designed to protect you. Setting a deposit limit when you register is a great habit. You can adjust it at any time through the same settings page.

Log in and go to Wallet — Withdraw. Select your preferred method (must match the method used for your most recent deposit), enter the PKR amount and confirm. Standard processing time is 2–4 hours for verified accounts. Withdrawals are sent directly to your Easypaisa or JazzCash wallet, your bank account via IBFT, or your registered card. Make sure your account is KYC verified before your first withdrawal — this is required for all amounts above Rs 10,000.

Standard accounts: 2–4 hours for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay and SadaPay; 4–12 hours for IBFT bank transfers; up to 3 business days for Visa/Mastercard. Gold, Platinum and Diamond VIP members receive priority processing — typically within 30 minutes for e-wallet methods during business hours. Withdrawals initiated late at night may be processed the next morning. If your withdrawal is taking longer than these times, contact support.

Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200 for e-wallets (Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay) and Rs 1,000 for IBFT and card. Maximum single withdrawal: Rs 200,000 for Standard accounts. VIP accounts have higher limits depending on tier — Gold and above can withdraw up to Rs 500,000 in a single transaction. Larger amounts require prior arrangement with the JJWN finance team via support@jjwn.click.

Common reasons for rejected withdrawals include: KYC verification not completed, active bonus with incomplete wagering requirement attached to the balance, payment method mismatch (JJWN requires withdrawal to the same method used for deposit where possible), or account information discrepancy. You will receive an email explaining the reason. Resolve the issue and resubmit, or contact support@jjwn.click for a manual review.

JJWN does not charge withdrawal fees on our end. The amount you request is the amount processed. Your payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank etc.) may apply their own standard transaction fees, which are outside JJWN's control. For most Pakistani e-wallet methods, incoming transfers are free of charge, but check your provider's terms to be certain.

The welcome bonus is applied automatically to your first qualifying deposit of Rs 500 or more — no promo code required. A 100% match bonus is credited to your wallet, up to Rs 5,000 in bonus credits. The bonus appears in your account within a few minutes of your deposit being confirmed. A wagering requirement (also called a turnover requirement) means you must wager the bonus amount a set number of times before it can be withdrawn as real cash. JJWN's welcome bonus carries a 10× wagering requirement. Example: if you receive Rs 1,000 in bonus credits, you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before that bonus converts to withdrawable balance. JJWN bonuses have a 30-day validity period from the date they are credited. If the wagering requirement is not met within that window, the bonus balance is removed from your account. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Aviator is a provably fair crash game. A multiplier starts at 1.00× and increases over time. You place a bet before each round starts and then cash out at the multiplier of your choice while the round is running. If the plane "flies away" before you cash out, you lose your bet. If you cash out in time, your bet is multiplied by the value displayed at the moment you cashed out. Results are cryptographically verifiable — you can independently confirm each round outcome. Andar Bahar is a classic South Asian card game. The dealer draws a single card (the "joker" or "middle card") and places it face-up. Cards are then dealt alternately to two piles — Andar (inside, left) and Bahar (outside, right). You bet on which pile will receive a card matching the joker's value first. JJWN temporarily locks accounts after five consecutive failed login attempts — this is automatic fraud protection. The lock lifts automatically after 30 minutes. Go to Account Settings — Responsible Gaming — Self-Exclusion, or contact support@jjwn.click and request self-exclusion directly. You can choose from 6 months, 1 year or permanent exclusion. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately — your account is suspended, you are removed from all marketing communications and no new account can be created with the same personal details. Yes — use the cooling-off period tool in Account Settings. You can suspend your account for 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. During this period you cannot log in, deposit or play.
